The Production System Optimization Measures Researched In A Oil Production Plant Of Dagang Oilfield Company

This paper researched the production system of A oil production plant in Dagang oilfield company,which is in charge of Gangdong,Gangzhong,Lianmeng,Tangjiahe,Liujianfang,Madong and Maxi oilfield management.Nearly 50 years development later,the production system has characters with high energy consumption,facilities aging,severe corrosion,the backward metering technology,low automation level because of deceased reserves,the backward production system technology and low efficiency management.The reserves cannot be changed in the short term,so the paper is mainly researched how to enhance the production system efficiency by optimizing production system technology and improving the management mechanism.Using the method of value analysis,the factor of reason of high cost,low contribution were found out.The production system is divided into mainly production system,auxiliary production system and control system on the basis of the system theory,and the first two system is optimized by technology.To control system,the organization and management system is redesigned by the theory of process optimization(BPR)on the basis of optimized production process.Finally it is forecast by the effect of production system optimization and evaluated the cost efficiency.The production system problems are universal in many old oilfields,the production system research case has good guidance meaning on the production system optimization and improvement of the native oil production plant by suitable production management theory and method.
