Pushing forwarded by the current political and economic situation, it is becomingmore necessary and urgent to self-improve the management level of productionoperation system for the relatively lagging behind local private auto parts manufacturingindustry.Through the reform, Gearchief Eissmann Changchun Automotive Parts Co., Ltd(Abbreviation GCA) is derived from the FAW Group, which is a state-owned enterprise.After the privatization, the owner of the company is the highest leader of the enterprise.Due to the main business of the original company is industrial trade instead ofmanufacturing industry, its management method is relatively simple and its managingstaff&their thoughts are not as professional as those from auto parts manufacturingindustry. Although it later cooperated and joined venture with Eissmann Group ofGermany and began manufacturing industry operation, it can only receive technicalsupport in R&D from Eissmann without production operation management. The fact thatthe difference between world-level R&D technology and the local production operationlevel has resulted the far lagging behind production operation system of the enterprisecompared with the international ones, which are mainly expressed in the concepts,measures and methods of the production operation management.The purpose of the essay is to optimize and promote the current productionoperation system GCA into a relatively complete one GPS, which is guarded by MBOmanagement, so that the advanced production operation methods in the excellentforeign enterprise can be transplanted creatively into the local private enterprise; thescientific&digital management and the visual MBO with outside&self motivationfunction can be carried out in the enterprise, and realize the expectations put forward bythe state auto industry policies to the national private auto parts manufacturers: formingthe professional, advanced and comparative advantageous manufacturing abilitythrough the investment from social fund, creating the ability to supply for differentin-dependant auto manufacturing industry and work hard to enter into the internationalauto parts purchasing system.By analyzing the current situation of production operation of GCA and combiningthe enterprise’s future5-year development plan, the essay makes out the developmentgoals of production operation based on its own situation, introduces the advancedforeign production operation methods and the improved tools of industrial engineering&sigma6into the enterprise for its selective and creative applications, optimize thecurrent production operation system abiding by the modern management informationsystem. With all efforts above, it is planned to realize the three goals for productionoperation in the process of formation and application of the new system: meeting thedemands of the customers; setting up&complete the production operation system; training the batch of management staff of production operation with international&standard management view and tech.The essay mainly applies the theories of objective management, business processre-engineering and production operation management, and its innovations are:Firstly, it has made proposals and partially implemented&proved the ways ofmaking strategies, realizations and operations for the enterprise management anddevelopment through the analyzing of the deep influence of culture difference betweenwestern&eastern to the thoughts of enterprise management. It has also proved thenecessity&effectiveness to make a selective application to the exotic product based onthe attitude of borrowing foreign things for fulfilling our own purposes, which is thenecessity and feasibility that creatively transplant the production operation managementmethods from foreign advanced auto parts enterprise to those of national private andstate-owned ones.Secondly, as both a student of MBA and a chief manager for processre-engineering of enterprise, I combine the production operation theory learned from theuniversity with the practices of promoting the management level of enterprise, creating agood spiral circulation between learning level and working efficiency, which is reallyinstructive to the university on how to combine the theory study with the practice of theenterprises for developing the application management science and to the enterpriseson how to combine the people practice with theory training to train the staff and promotethe enterprises.
