| With the transformation of China’s economy, as well as the vigorously support of theeconomic policy for small and medium sized enterprises by the state, SMES play a moreand more important role in the development of national economy, and obtained the fastdevelopment. On the other hand, in the development of process, SMES also has to face upthe declining competitiveness which brought by the increasing human cost, hardware cost,material cost, management cost. It become a problem to be solved for many SMES whichhow to improve production efficiency, reduce operating costs, on time delivery in theincreasingly mature market economy and the fierce market competition environment.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the theoretical method for optimization ofeach element of production operation system, we take the production operation system ofChinese New turnout Technologies Co., Ltd. as the research object, by the use of theorywith practice, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis method of combining, the linebalance as the main structure element of CNTT’s production operation system areselective analyzed, optimized with the line balancing method of lean production systemthrough analysing and optimizing of line balance rate, monthly capacity&productivity foreach workshop of the production line.Then CNTT’s non structural elements of production operation system as the supportand guarantee function element which includes staff organizational, equipmentmanagement, inventory control and production plan are analyzed&optimized.The anticipated optimized results are analyzed&compared, the principle ofimplementation are expounded at last. This paper provides a concrete implementationmethod to optimize the production operation system for CNTT, the production operationsystem optimization not only has directive significance to the similar enterprises, but alsoprovides a train of thought for various methods of lean production theory in the flexibleuse of enterprises. |
