"One Belt One Road" abbreviated OBOR which is short form of “Silk Road Economic Belt" and "21st Century Maritime Silk Road" strategy,is new era for China to deepen foreign cooperation along new strategic concept.“One Belt,One Road” strategy which is positive phases of strategic vision into a comprehensive and pragmatic stage,proposed in the current,future,as well as for a long period it is turned to the most important national strategy.Furthermore,the regional powers changed to an important path for global power shift.This paper analyzes the connotation and basic meaning of “One Belt One Road” strategy in details,combined results of domestic and foreign scholars' analysis as well as this strategy how to influence to China's oil and gas industry;its opportunity and challenge.Including the expansion of oil and gas resources in the inlet channel to protect the oil and gas import safety,improve the environment of oil and gas investment,promote overseas oil and gas investment in healthy development,the establishment of new oil and gas pricing system,improve oil and gas bargaining power,establish and improve regional energy cooperation mechanism,enhance oil and gas market position,the large geopolitical game deepens,under OBOR strategy,the country's political instability and high-quality overseas' onshore oil and gas industry enlarging difficulty etc.Hereto basically analyzes under strategy of “One Belt One Road” framework,foreign cooperation how to influence China's oil and gas industry,its dominant and inferior positions,moreover its assuming countermove.Including along this strategy,to propose all leading categories to support policies of oil and gas industry in the foreign cooperation;coexists of “input oil-gas” and “output oil-gas”;continue to increase the investment and acquisition of oil & gas resources;its policy recommendations;with a view of promoting China's foreign cooperation in oil and gas industry as well as providing some references to protect the security of oil and gas industry.
