Vietnam-China Regional Tourism Cooperation's Development Under "The Belt And Road" Initiative

"The Belt and Road" initiative was launched by the Chinese President in 2013 and provides a platform for multi-disciplinary cooperation between China and many countries along the route.Vietnam is China's neighbor and will inevitably participate in "The Belt and Road"initiative,which will bring huge benefits to both Vietnam and China.For China,through "The Belt and Road"initiative,it will cooperate with more countries in various fields to consolidate its international status.For Vietnam,"The Belt and Road" is a good platform for economic development and tourism.In the past decade or so,Vietnam and China have already achieved a lot of results in tourism cooperation,including some achievements in marketing,human resources training,and tourist routes.However,there are still insufficient deep cooperation and low tourism access.There is a lack of communication information,lack of marketing and publicity,and lack of tourism cooperation talents.Under "The Belt and Road" initiative,how to further deepen tourism cooperation between the two countries is an important issue.As a Vietnamese student studying tourism management in China,the author naturally pays close attention to the above problems.Therefore,this paper chooses "The Belt and Road"initiativeto develop the tourism cooperation between Vietnam and China,and specifically takes the study of northern Vietnam and Guangxi as an example.To find out the driving factors under"The Belt and Road" initiative to promote the development of regional tourism cooperation between the two countries,and accordingly propose countermeasures that can promote the development of tourism cooperation between the two countries.At present,the emergence of the"The Belt and Road" initiative has brought many new opportunities for tourism cooperation in the Vietnam-China region,including expanding the Vietnamese tourist source market,deepening the level of tourism cooperation between Vietnam and China,and improving infrastructure such as tourism and transportation in Vietnam.More opportunities for tourism investment.Through the questionnaire survey of the northern region of Vietnam and Guangxi,China,the important factors directly driving the regional tourism cooperation between the two countries are the driving factors of tourism enterprises,tourism market drivers,environmental drivers and tourism resource drivers.Combined with the actual situation,it can be determined that the government dominant factor is the fifth driving factor.Therefore,under "The Belt and Road" initiative,deepening the tourism cooperation between Vietnam and China should establish a tourism cooperation hub,establish a cross-border free trade zone,cooperate to form a cross-border tourism enterprise group,strengthen talent training cooperation,and vigorously develop Internet marketing cooperation.Third-party market cooperation,the use of "The Belt and Road"green financing support,cross-border tourism resources cooperation and development and other countermeasures.In short,based on the new perspective of "The Belt and Road" initiative,this paper comprehensively and deeply studies the tourism cooperation between Vietnam and China,and finds the driving factors for promoting the development of regional tourism cooperation in the two countries through field investigations and proposes targeted countermeasures.It has more important practical significance,which will help deepen the tourism cooperation between Vietnam and China,promote the development of tourism in Vietnam,and accelerate the process of "The Belt and Road".
