Talent is the driving force of enterprise development.The development of petrochemical industry is facing great pressure under the background of the increasing serious pollution.In the new situation of energy saving and emission reduction,There exists a lot of problems in the management of the petrochemical industry.The key to the sustainment of China's petrochemical industry is to give full play to the role of the person.The most shortage of China's petrochemical industry is strategic research talents with the cross-century eye.This paper studies the problem of the talent team construction of petrochemical industry in D city H area on the basis of analysis the theory of talent resource development.The research methods include depth interview method,internal and external research method,Delphi method and the mathematical statistics method.This paper analyzes the status quo of the petrochemical enterprises,including the overall quantity,personnel distribution,degree structure,title structure and so on.The cause of the problem is talent concepts backward,loopholes in management system,backup financial strength.The petrochemical enterprises are facing many problems including skilled talent shortage,low personnel quality,uneven proportion,structure chaos and other issues.This paper proposes to formulate scientific talent strategy,intensify introduction,perfect market system,countermeasures,such as building a career development platform according to the above problem.At last,the passage puts forward the updated concept of talent,open management system,increase financial support,to strengthen the construction of information platform,etc.
