BW is a state-level fixed-point pesticide company.Due to the lack of a sound management mechanism for employee career development,BW has experienced human resource problems such as strong mobility of personnel,insufficient supply of human resources,and insufficient employee motivation.To this end,BW intends to build a career development system,guide and assist employees in career planning,improve employee enthusiasm,quickly promote the company's employees to grow up,optimize the company's talent quality structure,and ultimately achieve the purpose of improving the company's core competitiveness.Based on the theory of occupational classification,career development channel theory and career development choice theory,this paper discusses the status quo of human resources and career development of BW company by means of questionnaire survey and data analysis,and analyzes the existing problems of employee career development.And further analysis of the cause of the problem.According to the status quo of BW company,the “three-in-one” career development management system is designed.The whole organization professional development management system is top-down from three aspects: “occupation classification system design”,“professional development channel design” and “professional development career development evaluation system”.Built from inside and outside.And from the organizational system,certification system,compensation system,training system,supporting system,dynamic adjustment and other aspects of the protection of the smooth implementation of the program.This paper expects that the system reconstruction plan and safeguard measures proposed for the company's current situation can improve the current status of BW company's career development management,and play a certain role in solving various human resource problems.At the same time,through the research on the career development system of BW employees,this study can provide some help and inspiration for the enterprises in the industry in the career development management of employees.
