Feasibility research plays an important part and role in investigating analysis and decision of a project.Feasibility research, with its particularly scientific analysis method and providing direct evidence for the progress of the projects,is necessary in decision of the investigation.Energy-saving becomes prominent as a result of the low-price of the energy and the surplus of the electricity and coal. The bottleneck which restricts our long-term development mainly focuses on environment management and resource starvation. In the plastic company of H,the project of production process system and the energy-saving reconstruction of the motor mean to adopt the optimization of the production line and the frequency control of motor speed, thus it decreases the energy consumption and improves the production efficiency.Besides that,it makes the electric drive system have excellent control performance and reach the aim of energy-saving.Based on the above, this thesis aims to systematically analyze the feasibility of the optimization of the production manufacturing technique and the motor's energy-saving transformation project.Besides this,it also estimates the effect of the energy-saving and its economic effect. Thus, more and more enterprises will devote more to the projects of energy-saving,which will promote the development of the green economy. The thesis analyzes the feasibility of the project from the aspects of the technical transformation, environment and zoology, economical efficiency, social efficiency, social risk and so on.The complete analysis of the feasibility of the project provides the theory evidence for the actual condition and reaches the final conclusion. With its high social efficiency and economical value, the project is accessible.
