With the aggravation of the global competition and environmental uncertainty,most manufacturing enterprises operation have shifted from the traditional inventory production mode to Make-To-Order(MTO)mode,especially to consumer personalization and diversified demand characteristics,which making MTO becomes one of the important ways of production.Recording to customer order requirements,achieving rapid response to production schedules is also a key factor for manufacturing companies looking forward to increase their competitiveness,but flexible manufacturing is considered as an effective measure to deal with the uncertainty of the environment in the supply chain.In order to better respond to the market changes in demand,flexible manufacturing can help enterprises make reasonable production capacity decisions.As the size of the production capacity can directly affects the fulfillment of the promised delivery time,it is an important part of the manufacturing operation decision that both the promised delivery time and the capacity are considered in the process of flexible production operation.Based on the existing theory of flexible manufacturing and delivery time,this paper studies the supply chain composed of a single manufacturer and a single retailer,under the background of flexible manufacturing of manufacturers,the supply chain models about delivery time and capacity decision-making with not cost-sharing and cost sharing.The influence of flexible manufacturing and distribution coefficient on supply chain decision-making is discussed.Firstly,in the context of the dual sensitivity of customer to price and delivery time,this paper research under the background of flexible manufacturing,a manufacturer-led decentralized supply chain decision-making is established,which is composed of a manufacturer and a retailer.In the aim of the objective function of maximizing profit of both parties in the supply chain,the optimal decision-making solutions are obtained;Through analyzing the flexible manufacturing influence on the optimal decision and profit,it is conclude that the optimal promised delivery time is negatively correlated with the capacity,while the manufacturer profit first increase and then decreases with the increase of capacity;Besides,via comparing and discussing the influence of different levels of flexibility,it confirms the importance of making optimal capacity decision under the flexible manufacturing strategy;What's more,we analysis the influence parameters such as lead time sensitive and price sensitive coefficient on supply chain decision.The results shows that the optimal decision of the supply chain is affected by the parameters are different.Next,based on the decision-making research of flexible production supply chain,we discuss the need to respond to the short-term delivery of the market,introduce retailers to share the manufacturer's production cost mechanism,and establish a decision model with manufacturer-led lead time and production capacity.In the aim of manufacturer and retailer maximize their profits,we gain the optimal solution to their respective decisions with cost-sharing.Then the effect of cost-sharing coefficient on manufacturer's capacity,promised delivery date and their respective profits are analyzed,The results show that with the increase of cost-sharing coefficient,the optimal capacity of the manufacturer's will increase,the optimal promised delivery time will be shortened and profitable are increasing,but profits gradually reduced for retailers.In addition,it is obtained that the overall profit of the supply chain increases when the sharing coefficient satisfies certain conditions,the overall profit of the supply chain is decreasing after this condition is exceeded.Then,according to the loss of profit after retailer's cost-sharing,the manufacturer's profit compensation model can be established when the overall profit increases,we obtain the certain conditions which the cost-sharing coefficient and compensation satisfied,the supply chain can achieve Pareto optimization.
