Dynamic Impact Of Manufacturing Capability Sharing On Supply Chain Performance

In the production and operation,the enterprises with rich resources can have some idle manufacturing resources,such as equipment,technology,manpower and so on,so that there is a surplus of manufacturing capacity.At this time,enterprises with excess manufacturing capacity use manufacturing capacity sharing technology through the cloud platform to achieve the sharing and coordination of excess manufacturing capacity.This paper is based on the premise that enterprises participate in the sharing of manufacturing capabilities of the cloud platform,and analyzes the technical characteristics of manufacturing capacity sharing.Considering the stochastic volatility factors of manufacturing capacity sharing,the Stackelberg game model and cooperation model of the enterprise and cloud platform and the cost sharing model of the cloud platform were established.Using the Hamilton-Jacobi-Bellmann equation,the company's efforts with the cloud platform,the matching level of shared manufacturing capabilities,and their expectations and variances are each achieved under equilibrium conditions.Through numerical comparisons,the level of corporate and cloud platforms' efforts and the matching level of shared manufacturing capabilities and their impact on supply chain performance are analyzed.The study found that with the increase in the level of shared manufacturing capabilities,corporate profits continue to increase.In addition,the cooperation strategy not only improves the level of efforts of companies and cloud platforms,the level of manufacturing capabilities and their expectations and variances,but also increases the profitability of the supply chain system.When the conditions for cooperation are limited,the cloud platform is willing to bear a certain percentage of costs for companies that provide manufacturing capabilities,and the cloud platform's cost sharing strategy has a positive effect on reducing the volatility of manufacturing capacity levels,thereby enabling manufacturing capabilities.The level of controllability is higher,which in turn optimizes supply chain system performance.
