Research On The Development Strategy And Analysis Of Current Situation Of Agricultural Informatization In Yangcheng County,Shanxi Province

Developing agricultural informatization in an all-round way is one of the most important development measures to improve gross agricultural product,promote agricultural production efficiency and speed up the process of agricultural modernization;At the same time to carry out the evaluation of the level of agricultural informatization is an important means to find out the agricultural information base,leading the direction of agricultural informatization;The evaluation of agricultural informatization construction and development level must be combined with agricultural production practice in specific areas.Therefore,this paper takes the development of agricultural informatization in Yangcheng County of Shanxi Province as the research object,the evaluation index system of agricultural informatization level constructed by index screening model,the evaluation method based on the integrated index method,the development level of agricultural informatization in Yangcheng County of Shanxi province is evaluated scientifically.According to the evaluation results,the development status of local agricultural informatization is analyzed in detail,and the problems existing in agricultural informatization are found out.It puts forward suggestions that are in line with the actual situation,and provides countermeasures for the future development of agricultural informatization in Yangcheng County,Shanxi province.First,the evaluation index system of agricultural informatization level is built based on index screening model.Aiming at the phenomenon of setting arbitrary and redundant indicators in the evaluation index system of agricultural informatization level,the evaluation index system of agricultural informatization level is selected including 3 first grade indexes and 10 specific indexes,which include readiness degree,information technology application index and benefit index.The index system is constructed through 3 steps: index sea selection,qualitative screening and quantitative screening.The index screening model only expressed85.3% information with 23.8% indicators,which ensured the completeness of indicators.Then,the comprehensive index method is put forward to evaluate the level of agricultural informatization.Because of the problems of subjective factors and large amount of data needed in the evaluation method of agricultural informatization level,the comprehensive index method is selected as the evaluation method of agricultural informatization level.The evaluation method is simple and clear,and the results can be compared horizontally.Secondly,according to the evaluation index system of agricultural informatization level constructed in this paper,the comprehensive index method is used to make a more scientific evaluation of the agricultural informatization level in Yangcheng County of Shanxiprovince;Based on the evaluation results,the main problems existing in the construction of agricultural informatization are analyzed in detail;It is concluded that the development level of local agricultural informatization is generally low,especially the two aspects of information technology application index and benefit index;Then,two aspects of information technology application index and benefit index are analyzed in detail in the development of agricultural informatization in Yangcheng County,Shanxi province,The main problems of farmers' application index are low penetration rate of information tools and backward infrastructure;The main problems existing in the application index of new agricultural operators are the incomplete hardware and software facilities;The main problem of government application index is imperfect agricultural information service system;The main problem in the social benefit index is the lack of grass roots talents in agricultural informatization;The main problem in the index of economic efficiency is the low level of farmers' income.Finally,the countermeasures to promote the development of agricultural informatization in Yangcheng County,Shanxi province are put forward.In view of the problems and causes of the development of agriculture information in Yangcheng County,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problem by combining the theory of information resource allocation,the theory of product association and the theory of economic radiation.First of all,we should give full play to the leading role of the government,and then strengthen the infrastructure construction in terms of farmers' application index.In terms of application index of new agricultural business entities,we should build an application system of agricultural information technology and strengthen the construction of e-commerce team.In terms of government application index,we should establish a complete information service system,and strengthen the construction of agricultural informatization talents team in terms of social benefit index.In terms of economic benefit index,we should build agricultural information derivative industry.
