With the deep development of our country's market economy and deepening of economic globalization,private capital has become economic forces that can not be underestimated in ownership structure of our economy,which give rise to the positive and negative influence on politics,economy,cultural development of our country.Hence,for current day of developing socialist market economy,a study of Marx's theory of capital power has positive influence on how to develop capital on the aspect of economy ad society on one hand,and how to overcome the erosion of social politics and culture to make it most important theory and realistic significance for developing health of socialism with Chinese Characteristics.Marx's theory of capital power was formed based on criticizing and inheriting the ownership of thoughts from British,French and Germany.It had been great influence of Locher's ownership about private property based on labour,Quesnay claims that labor is the essence of wealth,Rousseau's ownership about pirvate property to lead to the unequal thoughts of society,analysis for British classical politics and economy about private labour to create wealth and salary,land renting and profits,Prudon's advocacy about belongings being equal to theft,Hegel's theory of ownership based on the labour and Huss' s criticism to private ownership.From the point of view of Marx,capital is firstly economic power to allocate labour.Through the analysis of generality and particularity that exists capital and labour exchange on the process of capital production,Marx found the essential differences between the exchange of money and labor as ordinary goods and the exchange of capital and wage labor as special commodities.That is,capitalist possess the surplus value created by workers without any compensation under the capitalist mode of employment.On the basis of it,Marx regarded capital as a political power,that is,private property system decided political system and its running mode.The nature of capitalist country is a committee that manage Bourgeois affairs.Meanwhile,Marx pointed out that capital is a cultural power.Through the continuous eulogization of“Three-in-one”for ownership,freedom and equality,the capital society is ruled by spirits principle which is abstract everywhere and reflects its interests.Through criticism of the defects in the political Liberation led by the bourgeoisie,Marx stands on the appeals of proletariat and point out that politicalfreedom is the freedom of object and capital while capitalist movement created large amounts of substance conditions for proletariat's liberalization with its enslaving proletariat.The key point is,it is essential for proletariat to be conscious of their historical status,clarify their own historical mission to realize the human liberalization dominated by proletariat.The power theory of Marx capital is for us to deepen the understanding of historical materialism and important theory value and practical value to build up harmonious socialist society.
