The Relationship Between The Primary Stage Of Socialism Wage Labour

In various social relations, the labor relation is the most basic social relation. Only if we adequately stress and properly handle the matter of the labor relations, and only if we strengthen the construction of the system of labor relations, can we achieve a harmonious society. In the initial stage of socialism, with the establishment of the socialist market economic system, China's labor relation gradually becomes a "free choice and mobility" relationship from the "unified distribution and one job for one life" labor relation in the planned economy.In this paper, by learning from theory, experience, the conditions of the initial stage of socialism for labor relations, I attempt to adopt a constructive approach to analyze the idea of building a harmonious labor relation. This paper is divided into four parts:The first part, connotation of the initial stage of socialism labor relations. Labor relations are complicated. In the initial stage of socialism, it is not only the general labor relation, but also has its own specific characteristics formed by situation in China. The development and exploitation are its general attributes, whereas its special attributes must be known from the analysis of the main body of labor relations and the stage of labor relations. To understand the connotation of the primary stage of socialism labor relations, we should not only study the nature, but also study the reality of their representation.The second part, research summary of domestic and foreign labor relations. First, Marxist theory on labor relations will be systematically explained in this section. Then I will discuss more than 100 years of capitalist theories in the area of labor relations. Western capitalist countries have researched labor relations over the years and gradually formed a relatively mature theory School. Finally, my research focuses on labor relations by appeal to the productivity factors and historical factors - such research has exsited in theoretical circles before and after the reform of labor relations theory. Along with the gradual establishment of the socialist market economic system. Research in this area to study Marxism and the experience made on the basis of the conditions is a multi-level and multi-domain exploration.The third part, present situation and existing problems of the initial stage of socialism labor relations. Influenced by the globe weak-labor and strong-capital pattern, China's labor relation has formed a pattern of imbalance that only favors the capital. This pattern has caused the continuing escalation of labor confrontation, and done great harm to China's economic and social development. Consequently, it is extremely difficult to establish a harmonious socialist society. Although overall speaking China's labor force is suited to the development of productive forces, there are still a lot of problems. As with the change from market economy to planned economy, China's labor relation has become diverse, and the agents in China's labor market have become complex. Thus, in the current stage of China's labor relations, the legal protection is incomplete, the consultation mechanism is not sound, and the supervising mechanism is not democratic. These typical examples reveal that China's current stage of labor relations is not conducive to the harmonious development of China's economy.Fourth, to build harmonious labor relations. First, the need for the building of a harmonious labor relations, the possibility of urgency. Building a harmonious labor relationship is necessary for a harmonious society, the new path of industrialization and the globalization of economy; In order to build a harmonious labor relation, we not only need to learn the experience of Western developed industrialized countries, but also need to establish our own standards and a legal environment; look at the situation at home and abroad, domestic workers in employment, ILO our survival and the impact of building a harmonious labor relations issues etc must be resolved. Then I will make constructive suggestions to solve such problems in five aspects: the enhancement of our legal awareness, the formation of the spirit of democracy, the reformation of our educational ideas, the reformation of our views on employment, and the utilization of the globalization of the world economy.In short, To establish harmonious labor relations is very crucial for the early stage of socialism. In the process of building a harmonious society in China, the construction of a more harmonious labor relationship has become a primary goal.
