The Research Of Process Quality Control Of Pipe Rolling Mill Of Tianjin Pipe Corporation

This thesis is to review the production quality control theory and technology , while analyzing status quo of quality management of Pipe Rolling Mill of Tianjin Pipe(Group) Corporation and setting forth disadvantage without SPC and accounting for necessity of implementing SPC in Pipe Rolling Mill.On the basis of quality control theory-statistical process control(SPC) and process capability index (Cpk),the thesis studies process quality control of steel tube without gap. By analyzing influential factors of the precision of the thickness of steel tube with the tool of"fish bone chart",We have improved on the process of production of steel tube and enhanced process capability index. At the same time, We have applied control chart in order to manage process quality and put forward some ways to improve employees'makings.Finally, the economic benefits from the quality control are validated by accounting process capability index and rate of cutting ends of steel tube. The goal that is to stabilize and improve the quality of steel tube is achieved.
