Research On The Financial Early Warning Of The Agro-food Processing Industry Based On Z-Score Model

Being an important industry to guarantee the Peoples livelihood,the agro-food processing industry plays a vital role in promoting employment,expanding domestic demand and growth of modern regional.However,the development of the agricultural and sideline food processing industry is facing multiple risks,due to single raw materials,poor techniques and weak innovation ability.Therefore,the most urgent issue is to establish the financial early-warning model of the agricultural and sideline food processing industry and identify risk timely and prevention.This paper mainly focuses on the research of financial early-warning model of the agricultural and sideline food processing industry.Firstly,this paper reviews problem has a detailed review of relevant theories and present situation of the financial early-warning research.On this basis,analysis this industry characteristics,current situation and risk exposure deeply.Secondly,the paper reconstruct the new Z-Score model for the agricultural and sideline food processing industry by using non-parametric test and step-wise discriMaxate.In addition,the use of the original sample sentence back tested and forecast sample tested,this Z-Score model discriMaxation accuracy is up to 80%.At the same time,this paper also has some shortcoMaxgs,such as ignoring different types of misjudgment.
