In the current economic growth slow,oil prices depressed situation,in response to the global enterprise competition,China's petrochemical market enterprises chose to optimize internal hard skills,improve their core competitiveness.In recent years,the development of information technology to attract the attention of the national industry,information technology and the market competition of weapons.Domestic ERP vendors to take this opportunity to get a rapid development,integration of foreign advanced technology,excellent talents from home and abroad to jointly develop the suitable for China's national conditions of ERP software.With ERP in China gradually maturing,the oil refining chemical industry choice and fight shoulder to shoulder,to step onto the communal development path with.But the process is relatively difficult to fusion,the unique requirements of oil refining chemical industry become the obstacle on the way to common development,still to be further studied and discussed.HK is a company listed on the local oil refining enterprises,in 2011 started the implementation of ERP,but the ERP implementation is a complex process,to be in a very long time to embody the value of ERP.This paper through the research of the problems and the corresponding countermeasures for status,implementation of HK company ERP.First of all,on the ERP related theory study,and based on the analysis of the process of informatization,HK company,HK company ERP implementation process,the status of implementation of ERP,and summarizes the implementation of operation effect of company ERP.And puts forward the existing in the implementation of the staff do not pay enough attention to the application of ERP,poor business process reengineering,data are not fully prepared,ERP function is not complete,lack of maintenance system in six aspects,and analyzes the reason.Finally,put forward the relevant improving countermeasures from seven aspects of staff training,strengthening the application of continuous ERP business process reengineering management optimization,ERP data standard management,ERP implementation,gradually form a stable ERP operation team.
