There are 95% of spare parts from suppliers in big assembly company.Then,incoming quality control will take responsibility of raw material quality.How to ensure the raw material quality and to inspect the raw material quickly? However,assembly companies must face lower quality level from suppliers.Traditional incoming quality management is hard to balance quality and efficiency.The paper want to design some optimized ways in order to shorten measurement time based on study for incoming quality management in STIHL company.The purpose of the study is to improve efficiency of incoming inspection which is bottleneck problem for large producer and speed up supply chain by optimizing incoming quality control management.The paper mainly analyses the status of incoming inspection of STIHL and put forward main problems existing in incoming quality control which is defect material's disposal and check plan not reasonable.Then in order to resolve these problems,the paper designs optimization of scheme which is quality Kanban management and fast response of defect material and lean incoming quality management and so on.The two schemes will resolve the defect material problems and the last one will do dynamic management for different supplier base their performance through optimization the check plan.The key of paper is to improve the efficiency of incoming inspection and shorten the measurement time.Finally design the implementation of security for the optimization of incoming quality control management and show the prospects of the desired effect.This paper will provide new way and reference for assembling enterprises to manage incoming and suppliers' quality.The study fruits will reduce the quality cost of incoming quality control and improve the operation of supply chain.
