The Improvement Research Of Incoming Inspection & Supplier Quality Management In Yaguang Nypro

The global economic integral whole turns of fast fierce development, under the environment of supply chain management, the relationship between customer and supplier is not pure business relationship. Supplier is looked as an important resource of company, the competition between companies has extended to the competition on the companies'suppliers. To ensure the quality of final product, we must enhance the supplier quality management.Based on the theories of incoming inspection and supplier quality management, this thesis addresses how to improve the ability of incoming inspection and supplier quality management inYaguang Nypro company through system analysis.Firstly this thesis briefly introduces the theories of incoming inspection and supplier quality management, and then analyzes them under the supplier chain environment. The thesis sets an example of Yaguang Nypro company, describes the continuous improvement activities on incoming inspection and supplier quality management. Through updating quality system documents, standardizing supplier quality management during the whole cycle of the project, enhancing the supplier quality management on advanced suppliers, the ability of incoming inspection and supplier quality management have been improved. It provides a sample for other similar manufacturing enterprise reference in this field. At the same time, it also has high reference and certain instruction meaning to the domestic enterprise to implement supplier quality management.
