For a food manufacturing company of dehydrated garlic products,the lifeline of KY Company has always been product quality.Product quality is determined by the management on production,thus,it is of vital importance to have a thorough study on the managemental problems of the quality of manufactured dehydrated garlic products,which will in turn,help to find the shortcomings in management of product quality,corresponding tactics and improve the overall management level as well.This paper intends to grasp a basic understanding on concepts of product quality,management theory and theories on HACCP system,based on relevant theories on quality management,which has laid the theoretical foundation for the study on the managemental problems of the quality of manufactured dehydrated garlic products.Through analyzing the current management situation of KY company,the study will summarize the existing problems,including the strategic status that does not match,the quality responsibility does not cover all the employees,no complete quality management,no sufficient management regulations,no systematic management tools,etc.And analyze the reasons behind all these.On the basis of the analysis,the paper will put forward the target and principles of innovative project on quality management of dehydrated garlic products,analyze all possible influencing factors,provide five concrete innovation countermeasures,and the measures to ensure the implementation of innovation countermeasures.
