As the most highly concerned industry in the past decade,the real estate industry has developed into a pillar industry for our national economy due to its inherent characteristics of high devotion,high risk and high repayment.However,affected by various kinds of unfavorable factors,such as the increasingly complex world economy situation in the last few years,the release and enactment of a series of real estate control policies,the keen competition between the real estate enterprises and the continuously rising project developing cost,the management of real estate enterprises are facing growing risks.Under this condition,the real estate Co-exploitation pattern emerges and has gradually become the main way of operating projects for real estate companies.Thus,it is especially important to study all the possible risks existing in this pattern and assist investors to reduce risks.This topic is based on the current real estate market environment,Combined with the actual situation of B01 block cooperation project.Firstly,this paper analyzes the current situation of risk management of real estate cooperative development projects in B01 project,including the internal and external environment of the project and the current management status of the project,The paper also list the main problems exist in the project risk management;Secondly,select the appropriate risk identification method for B01 block,Analysis of real estate risk for B01 project in accordance with the real estate projects risk identification procedure so that determine the risk of B01 project at each stage of the project which include the decision stage?the development stage?the construction stage and the project leasing stage;Thirdly do Risk assessment of B01 risk factors according the principle of combing qualitative and quantitative so that determine the proportion of risk factors in the project,thus the risk level of each state of the project can be obtained;Finally,put forward specific measures for greater risk factors to reduce the risk of B01 project.
