A Logistics Evaluation System With “Internet+Catering”

Since the concept of "Internet +" was proposed,traditional industries have been applying the Internet and information technology to seek for the transformation and upgrading.The catering industry has become one of the fastest infiltrating industries with "Internet +" due to its market demand and industry characteristics and has achieved rapid development.However,in recent years,the problems of food safety,high logistics costs,low logistics efficiency,and low customer satisfaction continue to plague the development of the catering industry.Logistics,as a key factor supporting the development of catering industry,is closely related to the healthy and sustainable development of catering industry.Therefore,in order to promote the development of the catering industry under the "Internet plus" environment,it is necessary to have a basic grasp of the logistics status of the catering industry.Therefore,this study aimed at catering logistics evaluation and diagnosis under the "Internet plus" environment.From the above,based on the analysis of the current situation and operation process of "Internet + catering" industry,this paper constructs the "Internet + catering" logistics evaluation system by combining qualitative and quantitative methods.The main work and results of this article are as follows:First,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the current situation of industry development and logistics(existing logistics and supply chain mode,logistics process)through the literature research method.Second,this article adopts the method of stepwise refinement of indicators to build index system,which is constructed from four aspects: food safety,logistics cost,logistics efficiency and customer satisfaction through combining the literature research and field survey.Third,the evaluation and diagnosis model is constructed by using the combination method of interval number,synthesis method in comprehensive evaluation method,Vague sets and Topsis,then the maximum-minimum norm method and Grey Relational Analysis are used to optimize the data.Fourth,based on survey situation and numerical correlation,this paper simulates the basic data to verify the effectiveness of the evaluation system.
