Study On Financial Support Of Farmer Professional Cooperative

In recent years,farmers' professional cooperatives have become one of the important org anizational forms to build a new agricultural management system and improve the degree of Agricultural Organization.It is also one of the key points and highlights in speeding up the pr ocess of agricultural modernization and promoting rural reform and development.However,in the process of rapid development,the problem of financial support is becoming more and more prominent,especially in Dingxi,Gansu,which is a underdeveloped area.The fi nancial support in the development of farmers' professional cooperatives has obvious lag and weakness,which seriously restricts the development of agricultural cooperatives in this area.H ow to improve and strengthen the financial support of farmers' professional cooperatives in thi s area is an urgent task to study and strive to solve.In this paper,through field visits,surveys,collect a number of practical cases,using liter ature,system analysis,empirical analysis and normative analysis,and qualitative and quantita tive analysis method,first of all,the development status of farmer cooperatives in Dingxi was i nvestigated and analyzed by sorting out and analyzing the statistical data and literature in rece nt years;The main problems in its development were discussed and summarized;And this pape r has analyzed some prominent problems existing in the financial support of farmer specialize d cooperatives in Dingxi;Accordingly,this paper puts forward a variety of models applicable t o the financial support of cooperatives in Dingxi;Finally,the paper puts forward the main strat egies to improve and strengthen the financial support of cooperatives in Dingxi.Finally,the main conclusions are as follows:(1)The main characteristics of the developm ent of farmer cooperatives in Dingxi are:Industry coverage is complete,which can promote the development of agriculture in the local countryside.(2)The problems existing in the developm ent of cooperatives in Dingxi are as follows:The registration of cooperatives is blind and nons tandard.The standardization level of cooperatives is not high.The power of cooperatives is not strong.Cooperatives lack professional talents,and cooperatives credit is difficult.(3)The probl ems existing in the financial support of cooperatives in Dingxi are:Credit support is insufficie nt,lending institutions are limited,the access to loans is difficult,cooperative loan rates are hi gh,government support is insufficient,and relevant laws and regulations are not sound.(4)The loan mode of dingxi city cooperatives can adopt direct mode and intermediary mode:The risk dispersion model can adopt loan mode,credit financing service mode and bank insurance sup port mode.(5)The main strategies to improve and strengthen the financial support for cooperatives in Dingxi are:Improve financial services and innovate financial products;The government should increase support and provide a sound development environment;Improve the legal sys tem;Establish information sharing mechanism;Pay attention to the accumulation of funds of farmers' professional cooperatives.
