Research On Financial Support Of Farmer Specialized Cooperative In Hunan Province

Agricultural production specialization and the improvement of the degree of commercialization have promoted the development of farmer specialized cooperatives in China, but it is still in the primary stage of development. The development of farmer specialized cooperative is restricted by many aspects, especially the lack of fund is the most serious. The government's financial investment and farmers' self financing can not fill the gap in the development of farmers' professional cooperatives, thus it can be seen that the long-term development of the cooperatives will rely on the credit support of rural finance. Although the rural economy has made the development of rural finance, but the farmer specialized cooperatives in the present still can not get enough money supply from the rural finance, which seriously restricts the further development of the farmer specialized cooperatives in China.Through the research on the financial support of farmer cooperatives in Hunan Province, we can see that the main reasons for the development of farmer cooperatives in our province are:Farmers' professional cooperatives themselves are not standardized, there are some problems in rural cooperative finance as well as the lack of real meaning of rural cooperative finance and the risk of bank loans.Through summarizing the experience of foreign rural financial system, combining with the situation of our country, the paper puts forward the following suggestions:innovative farmer specialized cooperative financial support platform, strengthen and improve the agricultural insurance system and guarantee system, regulate the folk finance, construct the real agricultural cooperative finance, the state of the financial institutions to support policy.
