With the rapid development of external macroeconomics in China,the external economic policy and development situation of the banking industry have changed greatly.Among them,the centralized operation mode is very important to the development of banking,including the professional ability,service quality and risk control.In particular,the centralized operation model has not been used in the city commercial banks,so the study of centralized operation model has certain significance.Therefore,this thesis chooses the L bank,which now has a good development potential,as the object.And this thesis will have a deep analysis of the L bank's centralized operation mode.And this thesis will have a far-reaching significance of the L bank's reducing operation cost,controlling risks and obtaining competitive advantages.This thesis is divided into seven chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which summarizes the research background,research significance,research status,main content,research methods and innovation.The second chapter is the the definition of related concepts and the theoretical basis of the research.The third chapter is the analysis of L bank's operation status,mainly introduces L bank's development overview,operation model brief,and basic operation data analysis,and has a deep analysis of the L bank's specific operation business such as the scattered operation model,the director authorization mode,the centralized support safeguard measure,and the monitor mode.The forth chapter is analysis of the necessity and feasibility of implementing the centralized operation mode.Through the analysis,this thesis concludes the necessity of improving the operating efficiency,increasing the service level and marketing ability,strengthening the risk prevention and control capability of the counter business,combing out the client-centric management concept and effectively promoting the internal control system to the implementation of the centralized operating model.The fifth chapter mainly introduces the domestic and foreign experience.Through the analysis of the domestic and foreign development history and current situation,this thesis concludes the most important experiences are as follows,establishing the regulatory mechanism in the horizontal connection,setting up the client-centric market orientation and building the centralized transaction background.The sixth chapter is the practical design of the centralized operation mode of the L bank.Firstly,this chapter introduces the general idea of the design.Then it has a analysis of the design,including centralized operation,the centralized supervision,the centralized authorization,the centralized distribution,and setting up the risk prevention and control mode as well.The last chapter is the inclusion and expectation.Upon all the analysis,this thesis gives two suggestions.The first suggestion is that the centralized operation is the effective way to solve the bottleneck of the traditional operation mode.The second one is that the main lines of the modern operation development are the “big operation” and the “big backstage”.
