Study On Land Expropriation Compensation Allocation Of Rural Collective Members

In recent years,with the rapid development of social economy and urbanization process in China,the compensation for land expropriation and relocation of land lost farmers has become a major concern of all walks of life.However,in the actual situation of our country,there are many defects in the rural land expropriation policy implementation process,makes the rural land contradiction is more prominent,so the land requisition compensation disputes and mass petitions also greatly increased.According to statistics,more than 70% of the mass petitions caused by land acquisition compensation,however,the majority of landless farmers land acquisition disputes caused by the implementation of the policy level.Therefore,the rural land expropriation compensation system in China's urbanization process to reform and improve,improve the land requisition compensation policy execution,will be conducive to the development of the rural economy,reduce land expropriation and compensation disputes,is conducive to the maintenance of rural social long period of stability.At the same time,from the current research situation,the study of compensation for rural land requisition and relocation is still at the primary level,that is,what kind of compensation system should be adopted.However,there are few researches on the implementation effects and shortcomings of the land expropriation compensation and resettlement policy,which are the problems that need to be solved at the present stage.Based on the above background,in this paper,the allocation of land acquisition compensation for the villagers group of Jindu town in Gaoyao District of Zhaoqing city is analyzed,based on the actual situation of land expropriation in China and Zhaoqing,this paper examines and finds out the existing problems and shortcomings,and makes a comprehensive analysis of the causes,in view of the actual situation of the villagers' group of Jin Du Town in Gaoyao District of Zhaoqing City,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the executive power of the compensation policy of rural land expropriation and removal,which has certain theoretical and practical guiding value.
