Research On Logistics Development Strategy Of Urumqi Comprehensive Bonded Area

Since the free trade zone was born in China,it has grown into the main body of the special customs supervision area in China for many years,which has greatly promoted the development of international trade and social economy.In July 20,2015 the State Council officially approved the establishment of Urumqi comprehensive free trade zone,in foreign trade,bonded logistics,bonded processing is equal to the integrated positioning,give full play to the Urumqi in the "The Belt and Road" geographical advantage,accelerate industrial structure adjustment pace,comprehensive improvement of the investment environment and enhance the competitiveness of the regional economy in international trade thus,further expansion of Xinjiang and the country's level of opening up,accelerate the pace of development of export-oriented economy,and rely on each other in the original Alashankou,Kashi comprehensive free trade zone,the formation of a multiplier effect,rapid increase of area of Xinjiang industry to undertake the speed and strength,promote sound and rapid economic development of Urumqi.In this context,with Urumqi as the core area of the core city of Xinjiang Silk Road economic construction,Urumqi comprehensive free trade zone should rely on the advantage,and promote the rapid development of the logistics industry by government tax planning,system construction,incentives and other means to meet the needs of the surrounding area of international trade logistics capability.Therefore,from the aspects of Urumqi comprehensive bonded logistics industry,improve the comprehensive bonded area logistics industry development strategy,is the main motive force of the development and transformation of Comprehensive Bonded Zone,but also an important strategy to promote regional economic development,has important theoretical and practical significance.This paper studies the Urumqi comprehensive bonded logistics industry from the government,enterprise,market,logistics management,information technology,infrastructure,personnel and other aspects,and puts forward some constructive strategies,aims for the future of Urumqi bonded area logistics industry,improve and modify the process to provide relevant reference,also hope to provide decision-making basis and ideas for Urumqi and twelve corps the formulation of the relevant policies division.First,from the current situation,formation and development of the bonded area systematically elaborated,and from the development of comprehensive bonded logistics industry,analyzes the development of the logistics industry on the surrounding regional economic and social influence and leading role.Secondly,through the comprehensive analysis of the logistics industry of Urumqi comprehensive bonded area,the paper analyzes the development of the logistics industry in Urumqi bonded area,and makes a SWOT analysis of the logistics industry development of Urumqi comprehensive bonded area.Finally,according to the development orientation and target,development emphases and main function,logistics mode and choice of Urumqi Comprehensive Bonded Zone,the paper puts forward the strategy of the development of Urumqi comprehensive bonded area logistics industry.
