Study On The Impacts Of Ending Entirety Deforestation On Wood Processing Industry Of Heilongjiang Province

In the last two decades Heilongjiang Province has been served a large number of wood productions to fulfill the demand of national timber,at the same time,the wood processing industry played an important role in economic development of Heilongjiang province.Due to the excess of wood production,the forest ecosystem has been destroyed,and leaved a number of environmental problems.The State Forestry Bureau issued the Ending Entirety Deforestation Policy in April 2014,as the serious attention form of China on the protection of forest resources and forest ecosystem services and for guiding the development of sustainable wood processing industry.In addition,the society development also cannot be separated from the support of the forest ecosystem,thus to promote economic efficiency,it is the key to seek sustainability of utilization forest resources and economic benefits.For this reason,it is necessary to study and analyze the impacts of Ending Entirety Deforestation on wood processing industry in Heilongjiang Province,and providing the theoretical basis for the government and enterprises to make decisions.According to review the literatures and summe statistical data,describing the status quo of the wood processing industry from three aspects,including the distribution and structure and production of the enterprise.Then,analyzing the impacts of Ending Entirety Deforestation on wood processing industry in Heilongjiang Province by qualitatively,mainly in reduced the scale of industrial,arisen the costs of production and the pressures of competitive became larger etc.Then,by using the statistical software of Eviews 6.0 find the impacts of Ending Entirety Deforestation on wood processing industry was analyzed quantitatively.The result shows that Ending Entirety Deforestation had negative impacts on wood processing industry in Heilongjiang Province when analyzed by the OLS method,but not significant.On the other hand,by using co-integration test and error correction model to explain the long-term and short-term impacts,the result shows that wood production had negative impacts on wood processing industry in a long term,which means continue reducing the wood production will constrained the processing of wood processing industry;the wood production had positive effects on wood processing industry in a short term,which means the impacts of Ending Entirety Deforestation is not outstanding,the main reason may be the enterprise has reserved wood resource.Finally,according to the results of research,put forward some suggestions from two aspects about replied the impacts of Ending Entirety Deforestation on wood processing industry in Heilongjiang Province.
