Teamwork is prevail adopted organization in modern organization and also turn into basic method for organization itself to improve own competivity.It is proofed that team management is not only limited on the level of enterprise management,but also seep into public management and social charities where bring into play the own unique advantage power.Currently,broadcast industry of charitable science is booming with the national policy support.Science broadcast teams are springing up from related government,institutions,enterprise and social organizations.There are several characters on theses science broadcast teams: complex type of attributed subject,diversity model of team running,uneven level of team management,rejuvenation of team members.However,some of these were already turn into the bottleneck of science broadcast team development in our nation.The article discuss and look into team management of Z seminar through synthetically utilizing the related theory of public human resource management,organizational behavior,communication.And it also sorts out and analyzes research results and conditions in team management territory.Meanwhile,the article demonstrates the related theory;discuss the particularity and demand of science broadcast team management,including 4 peculiar characters: complex type of attributed subject,diversity model of team running,uneven level of team management,and rejuvenation of team members.Make conclusion to 3 particular demands of unpractical team value orientation,various challenge for team management,high-quality talented member for team building on our national science communication team management.The article dig out 4 levels of self-development demand on economic,sense of belonging,self-growth,self-fulfillment of Z seminar members,who are energetic,resourceful,cohesive and meanwhile disadvantage of uncompleted working system,deficient leadership,unmotivated learning,weak lasting-development.And essential and urgency of improving the team management of Z seminar is discussed in the article.Besides,in order to acquire the experience and inspiration of volunteers,brand influence,empower of team management,media utilizing,model of team management and product quality control,the article research and analyze two remarkable team ——TED and Songshuhui-Association of Science Communicators.Finally,against the management problem of Z seminar,the article propose 4 management advice including enforcing team management system,improving team management model,paying attention on human resource,focus on knowledge & resource management.
