Research On China-australia FTA To Chinese Dairy Industry Chain

As Chinese wealth grows,the amount of the middle class increases and people's living standard rises,the consumption of dairy products are growing,which results in the increase of Chinese imports of dairy products demand.Chinese import tariffs of Australia's dairy products will cut down because of the establishment of the China-Australia free trade area,which will have a certain degree impact on Chinese dairy industry chain.First of all,this paper analyzes the domestic status of the dairy industry chain(cows,cows,raw milk,dairy products,transportation and sale link).Then it analyzes Chinese dairy and its industrial chain of supply and demand under the background of a China-Australia free trade area.Thirdly,the paper studies the impact on dairy industry chain from China-Australia free trade area through GTAP quantitatively,which gets the follow conclusions : in the first place,in terms of production,the establishment of the China-Australia free trade increases the Australian dairy and grain production,and decreases the output of raw milk and dairy products in the rest of the country.Secondly,in terms of exports,China and Australia's dairy exports have increased,but our country's amplitude of increase is smaller than Australia's.Third,in terms of price,the price of the Australian dairy products has increased and the price of Chinese dairy has a tendency to decline.Finally,in view of the above conclusions,this paper puts forward some suggestions on China's dairy industry chain,which will provide references to Chinese dairy industry chain.
