Research On Improvement Of Lean Production System Under Multi-item Small-lot Settings Of J Company

Under influence of customer and market,JOT Automation(Beijing)Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter to be referred as J company)has changed from mass production to multi-item small-lot settings mode in recent years,resulting in the following a series of problems,such as the increase in the cost,profit decline,decline in the quality and delivery time extended.Therefore,the reform of the original production mode is the only way for J company to face the increasingly fierce market competition.The thesis aims at improvement and implementation of learn production system under multi-item small-lot settings.On the basis of deeply analysis of research status of lean production system,the characteristics of multiitem small-lot production and the lean production system's limitation for multi-item small-lot production mode,it tries to optimize modular design and manufacturing and improvement of lean production system to agree with the multi-item small-lot settings.According to the above theoretical analysis,the following improved methods are proposed: 1.Full implementation of the concepts and methods of lean production to transform the existing production methods,using industrial engineering principles of standardized operation,according to the principle of flexible production,changing the equipment layout based on the order of process,cultivating multi skill worker,components can adapt to a variety of products production line,pulling production with JIT principle.2.Using the modular and platform design principle and improving related production systems,including the modularization of ordering,outsourcing,testing and assembly.3.The combination of lean production and modular design and manufacturing,which further reduce production costs,improve production efficiency.Finally,using these above theories and methods in the practice of J company,verify the effectiveness of these improved methods based on actual result of lean production implementation in J company,so as to reduce the production cost,improve product quality and production efficiency,shorten the lead times.
