In recent years, with the economic globalization and diversification of customer demand of market environment, our country’s clothing enterprise’s survival and development are facing severe challenges. Our country’s clothing enterprise are facing the problems such as the constant change of the market demand, the shortened delivery cycle, and the production and management difficulties and inventory backlog of funds. From2007, in order to obtain higher OEM processing charges, the promotion enterprise in the fierce market environment of competition, BoShi fashion (Shanghai) co., LTD started to use multi-item small sized production mode to adjust the structure of products,but in practice BoShi encountered many problems and challenges.Lean production can adapt to many varieties and small batch production, fast response market mode. Its characteristic is the process of elimination of all waste, the realization enterprise of low cost, high efficiency production. Lean production of value stream is a kind of customer demand as the pulling, to eliminate waste and continuous improvement as the core, causes the enterprise to obtain the least investment cost and operation benefit is remarkable improvement of a kind of new production management mode.Based on the theory of lean production, from the maximum eliminate waste, promote efficient value stream flow, improve the production line flexible manufacturing ability author puts forward improvement objectives, focus on improving target analysis the BoShi. In many varieties and small batch production management mode the implement of lean production and value stream management of the status quo, and combined with the related theory formed BoShi. Such as through process equalization, total quality management, reduce non-productive time, strengthen the5S management measures such as to perform the effective flow, through the production planning management pull value stream, improve the response of the process level.
