Power supply marketing is the core business of the national grid,and the quality of marketing is closely related to the development of the State Grid and its subordinate enterprises.The research on the risk of power supply marketing and the efficient management and control strategy are of great significance to the urban power grid construction and economic development.Starting from the power supply marketing service of the national grid,this paper studies the theory,risk and control strategy of the power supply marketing,which provides a theoretical reference for the efficient marketing of the actual power supply.According to the present situation and the existence risk of power marketing in our country,the power marketing service risk control theory are introduced and analyzed,elaborated the connotation of risk marketing service supply,and the meaning of risk management in detail.In order to reduce the risk of power supply marketing services,business expansion,risk of dose,fault type,CCC,electricity inspection class,six types of limited power to stop class is studied,and starting from the four basic factors,process factors,environmental factors,personnel factors,analysis the cause of formation of the risk of power supply marketing.Put forward a control strategy of power supply marketing risk,introduces the process and steps of the control strategy,and to the city of Qingzhou power supply corporation marketing as an example,introduces in detail the use of the power marketing strategy,illustrates the usefulness and effectiveness of the proposed control strategy.Through the research on the power supply marketing service of Qingzhou TAN Fang power supply station,this paper puts forward an effective method to improve the service level of power supply.Based on the background and method of argumentation,the feasibility of the control strategy presented in this paper is demonstrated.In this paper,the analysis process is closely combined with the actual situation,the combination of theoretical analysis and practical application,through the research of Qingzhou city electric power marketing work where the author,the theory,methods and practical evidence,has important significance for the application in practical work.
