The executive compensation system of listed companies in China has been established for many years,but the executive compensation system still has great problems.The problems caused by excessive executive compensation not only bring a lot of negative impacts to the society,but also lead to a change in the attitude of ordinary employees today.Compensation system is the basic system structure,perfect to optimize the current executive compensation system,not only can solve many problems of executive compensation system itself,it will also bring beneficial effects for the improvement of our social economy.This needs to be based on the existing executive compensation system,based on the current situation of China's compensation system,drawing on the composition of foreign executive compensation system,and optimizing and improving the executive compensation system in China.This article is divided into seven parts,chapter 1 introduction,chapter 2 listed introduction to the theory of executive compensation system in China,the third chapter on China's listed company executive compensation current actual situation and the problems discussed;Chapter 4 analyzes the executive compensation system of western listed companies.Chapter 5 is to improve the optimization of executive compensation system of listed companies in China;Chapter 6 is the guarantee measures for the executive compensation system of listed companies in China;Chapter 7 is the conclusion.This paper mainly focuses on the problems existing in the analysis of the compensation system of the original listed companies,conducts optimization and improvement,explores the framework of executive compensation system,and provides safeguard measures for China's executive compensation system.
