| The research methods used in this paper include but not limited to theoretical study,questionnaire survey,employee interview,and case analysis.In the paper,the author collects,generalizes,summarizes,and refers to domestic and international relevant books,study achievements and documents.Setting the compensation management system of EH company as the study object,considering the company operation realities,taking references of the relevant data and theories,the paper investigates the problem and suggests the optimization plan.The optimization plan clarifies company's compensation philosophy,emphasizes the guidance of company strategy,limits the personal power,and establishes the salary structure basing on position,person,performance and the market.The plan also optimizes the salary structure,adjusts the salary band,develops multiple employee career paths and suggests different plans for different positions.By intern program,the plan helps enlarge talents pool and limits the costs.By adjusting project team's performance indicators,the plan optimizes the project motivation and award methods to better drive the achievement of long-term and short-term project goals.The total compensation and reward as well as semi-self-assisted benefit package plans are made in accordance with the characteristics of knowledge staff.The optimization plan also emphasizes the compensation communication to ensure the motivation and effectiveness of labor costs.The optimization plan aims to solve the problems and make sure the compensation could guide employees' behavior,attract,retain and motivate the staff.The paper also has detailed implement plan to ensure the realization of optimization goals.It is hoped that when there are problems in other internet and software companies' human resource management work,they could take reference of this optimization plan. |
