With the rapid development of market economy in China,the real estate industry occupies an important position in China's national economy,and the real estate market competition is becoming more and more fierce.Human resources have become the core resource for enterprises to obtain competitive advantage.Compensation management in enterprises is playing an increasingly important role in human resources management.Scientific and reasonable salary system,can maximize the efficiency of compensation,is to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises necessary management means.Gansu Tongyuan Real Estate Company set up a short time,pay management is relatively simple and backward,resulting in a large number of outstanding talent in enterprises continue to lose,the enthusiasm of employees is not high.Therefore,it is of great practical and strategic significance to design a set of scientific and effective compensation scheme which matches the situation of enterprises to attract and reserve key talents for enterprises and realize long-term development.Based on the research results at home and abroad,this paper studies the related theories and methods of salary management,combines the market environment of the region and the development trend of Gansu Tongyuan Real Estate Company,and combs the personnel status and salary management of the enterprise.In this paper,a scientific questionnaire is designed,combined with the results of questionnaire survey,the present situation of enterprise compensation management is systematically analyzed,and the key problems existing in the current salary management scheme of enterprises are pointed out.In view of the existing problems and shortcomings,this paper uses the compensation theory,uses the scientific post evaluation method,combines the external market environment and the enterprise present situation to determine the enterprise compensation strategy,carries on the Compensation plan optimization design.The design scheme includes the principle,mode and structure of the compensation plan,as well as the specific compensation scheme of each sequence position.At the same time,this paper designs the supporting safeguard measures to ensure that the design of the compensation scheme can be successfully implemented and applied.This paper takes Gansu Tongyuan Real Estate Company as the research object,through the in-depth investigation and analysis of the actual situation of the enterprise,carries on the optimization reform of the compensation plan,so that it can adapt to the external competitive environment and the strategic development of the enterprise,for attracting and retaining the outstanding talents,It plays a very important role in improving the enterprise competitiveness and sustainable development ability of Gansu Tongyuan Real Estate Company.At the same time,it also provides some reference and reference significance for the design,optimization and implementation of the salary scheme of similar enterprises in China.
