The Research Of Chen Bray's Official Documents

Chen Bray was the think tank of Chiang Kai-shek.As a Chiang Kai-shek aide,he wrote many important documents because of his position needs and replaced Chiang Kai-shek for making speeches,so he played an important part in the history of the secretaries and official documents.At present,there are a few researches on Chen Bray's documents in the academic field.It is one of important breakthrough areas to arrange Chiang's works,systematically and analyze them in historical sense.Based on the background of Chen Bray's official document writing,this essay analyzes the influencing factors of Chen Bray's official document writing from the aspects of his growth environment,working experience,target audience,language transformation and official document reform.We can divide his official document into several types,such as letters,propaganda texts,lectures and conferences texts based on the differences of contents and forms at the micro level,and the contents and features of various official documents are respectively introduced.This essay centers on Chen Bray's 77 official documents,and analyzes the writing features of Chen Bray's official documents at the macro level,including profound thoughts,frank and direct,concise and comprehensive,well-defined and detailed levels,harmonious integration,polite expression,reasonable argument,full of feelings.Period of the Republic of China is the period of official document transformation.Chen Bray promoted the reform of official documents to a certain extent.Studying the achievements and contributions of Chen Bray is not only conducive to further research of his works,but also provides useful reference for the study of official documents in the Republic of China.
