On The Norms And Errors Of Informing Official Documents In Colleges

This thesis makes a systematic study on the University official documents as an important part of the type of official documents the first time,focusing on several kinds of official documents commonly used in colleges and universities,and taking three aspects of document selection,content elements and form expression as the breakthrough,systematically analyzing the norms and errors of University official documents.This thesis puts forward the different characteristics between the diversity of the issuing organs and the particularity of the receiving objects.And it points out the development trend under the background of Internet technology development,including flexible application,more people-friendly and higher electronic level.From the point of view of subject analysis,this thesis puts forward the causes of the errors in the use of official documents in the document itself,document writer,document examiner and manager,and puts forward the corresponding solutions.At the same time,this thesis selects three kinds of official documents which are frequently used in legal documents to study their writing skills and writing templates.So that it can reduce the errors in the writing of University official documents,improve the quality and efficiency of University official documents,and contribute to the research of University official documents.
