The M Internet Co,founded in 2001,is a high-tech enterprise which integrates the research and development,production and sales of the subsidiary products of the Internet.With the change of the external environment and business growth is slow,the development strategy of M Internet Co is facing grim challenge,and it is difficult to meet the needs of enterprise stable and sustainable growth.The original development strategy needs to be reevaluated and adjusted,in order to ensure that the M Internet Co to seize the opportunity to adjust the variable as the driving force,so as to better adapt to the external environment,maintain high growth and improve M Internet Co in the industry’s competitive position and profit.This thesis will focus on how the M Internet Co develops its own development strategy under the new internal and external environment.It adopts the method of case study,the use of strategic management theory and analysis tools to meet M Internet Co external opportunities and threats,strengths and weaknesses in the internal environment analysis,and finally use SWOT analysis to determine the differentiation strategy for the development strategy of M Internet Co in the next stage,and to optimize and improve the utilization the differentiation strategy,and puts forward some concrete strategic implementation scheme.With the global economic recovery,the development of Internet technology,intelligent technology and expanding consumer demand,Internet and consumer electronics accessories industry entered a strategic upgrading and transition stage.How to effectively develop and implement the development strategy of the Internet industry to deal with the pressure of competition has become a key problem to the survival and development of domestic small and medium-sized Internet surrounding enterprise products.It is expected that this research is of practical significance for the long-term development of M Internet Co,and it can also be a reference for Chinese traditional Internet companies to seek sustainable development in fierce competition environment.
