Investigation And Thinking On Situation Of Waste Agricultural Plastic Recycling In Qingyang City Thinking On Current Plastic Film Qingyang City

Agricultural plastic film mulching cultivation technology is widely used to increase agricultural production,which greatly promotes agricultural productionin arid and semi-arid regions.However,with the increasing coverage of agricultural films year by year,the "white pollution" caused by waste agricultural films is also increasingly serious,and it is urgent to control it.This study guided by behavioral science theory,rational economic man theory,and public product theory,using questionnaire survey,interviews with key informants,data collection,binary logistic and other methods to study the problems of waste agricultural film recycling and its influencing factors in Qingyang city.The main results were as follows:(1)The problems faced by the recycling of waste agricultural films in Qingyang city were: low enthusiasm of farmers for planting and picking up,low levels of mechanized picking up,shortage of funds,difficulties in survival of recycling enterprises,and difficultiesin completely prohibiting the application of ultra-thin plastic films.(2)Key factors affecting farmers' collection of agricultural films: main included awareness of the harm caused by agricultural film residues,the coverage areas of agricultural films,collection methods,whether there was recycling point nearby,the publicity and training efforts of township governments,whether the supervisionswere strict,and the implementation of trade-in with old ones.The influence degrees of different factors were different,and the order of size was : pickup method > whether there was recycling point nearby > implementation of trade-in with old ones > coverage areas of agricultural films > whether supervisionswere strict > cognition of agricultural film residue harm > publicity and training efforts of township government.(3)Countermeasures and suggestions: we should further expand propagandaintensity,improving the levels of mechanization in picking up waste films,andthe policies to support the recycling of waste films,continue to improve the construction of recycling outlets,and forbiding the use of "ultra-thin" plastic films.The research in this paper could provide theoretical reference for the competent authorities,helping to improve the recovery rate of waste films in Qingyang city,and having positive significance for green agriculture,sustainable development and the realization of rural revitalization strategy in Qingyang city.
