The improvement the quality of agriculture products and competition has become the great task that development of agriculture is facing in our country .The thesis has researched the present situation of agriculture in Qingying,and collected lots of the first-hand materials after investigation on the popularization in agriculture technology home and abroad, which has important actual directing significance to the popularization of agriculture technology in Qingyang and other areas in China. The thesis consists of five sections:1 ,Analyzing and expounding theory of agriculture technology and the trend of it's development. It is mainly about agricultural technology popularization theory, the principle of how it can he put into agricultural technology, the theory of changes of farmers' behavior.2, Analyzing Qingyang city's main problems of application of agricultural technology. The main problems are: firstly, the worker's quality is not high enough, is not reasonable, the system is not complete, it's functions are weak, the organization is not perfect, the investment on the application of agriculture technology is not enough, scientific research, education and application of agricultural technology are not closely connected. The farmer's quality which influences the conflict directly is lower and so on.3 , New model of agricultural technology's popularization has been constructed in Qing Yang city. According to the reality of Qingyang, service models and technology demonstration have been constructed. Consulting experts and the innovations of new theories have offered theoretical foundation on the research and use of technology's popularization.4, Construction of new models of agricultural technology popularization. It has pointed out that, the accomplishment of agricultural popularization must be based on reasonable policy and of attendance governments, the popularization of agricultural staff and farmers' training. Coordinating every department of agricultural technology popularization perfect the market of agriculture technology's operating. The construction of those mechanisms has promoted model of agricultural popularization.5> Putting forward measures of speeding up Qingyang city's agricultural technology popularization.
