The Research On Farmers’ Willingness To Participate In Agricultural Production Trusteeship And Its Influencing Factors In Nanyang City,Henan Province

In modern agriculture,large-scale development operation includes land-scale operation and service-scale operation.Land scale operation is to expand the scope of one’s own production and operation through land circulation.However,after the implementation of land transfer,problems such as the imperfect land trading market have been exposed,so agricultural production trusteeship,as a model for the optimum use of scarce land resources,is conducive to solving the problem of "who is going to grow grain"and providing guarantee for China’s food security strategy.This paper takes Nanyang City,Henan Province as the research area,considers farmers as the primary body of research,and adopts literature search,questionnaire survey,and empirical analysis methods.Firstly,the literature is sorted out to understand the basic situation of agricultural production trusteeship in Nanyang City.Based on this,a questionnaire was devised based on the characteristics of individualand family households,the organization of agricultural production trusteeship services and the characteristics of the external environment,and field research was carried out,and the research data were collated.Descriptive statistical analysis was used to eliminate factors affecting farmers’participation in trusteeship of agricultural production and the binary logistic regression model was used for empirical analysis.The results show that the behavior of farmers participating in agricultural production trusteeship is affected by many factors,among which these seven factors have a significant positive impact on whether farmers are willing to participate in agricultural production trusteeship,whether farmers are willing to participate in agricultural production trusteeship.The two variables of labor health and the price of custodial services had a significant negative impact on whether farmers were willing to participate in agricultural production trusteeship.The implementation of agricultural production trusteeship services in Nanyang City,Henan Province has become a development direction,but it still faces many problems.For example,due to the influence of urbanization,ideology and weak agricultural production trusteeship organization,the degree of organization of rural households in Nanyang City is low;Agricultural production trusteeship organizations cannot improve the level of specialization of trusteeship organizations due to lack of experience and funds,poor ability to resist risks,and lack of professional talents;The Nanyang Municipal Government has weak support for agricultural production trusteeship service subjects,and policy publicity is not in place.Therefore,in view of the actual situation of farmers participating in agricultural production trusteeship in Nanyang City,Henan Province,the following suggestions are put forward:strengthen the construction of farmers’ organizations and enhance farmers’ willingness to participate;Improve the professional level of agricultural production trusteeship service organizations by standardizing agricultural production trusteeship contracts,uniting multiple subjects,and enhancing independent innovation capabilities;Create a good external environment by improving policies and regulations in the field of agricultural production trusteeship,increasing financing,and supporting the characteristics of agricultural production trusteeship services in Nanyang.
