With the rapid development of economy,our country residents' income increasing,personal financial needs of the increasingly intense,more and more commercial Banks set up at the same time,the increasingly fierce competition,customers become the important strategic resources of Banks,commercial Banks provide the homogeneity of services is difficult to meet the demand of customer personalization,customization,Banks are based on the basic requirements to meet customer how to conduct customer relationship management,establish a good relationship with customers and become the main problems facing Banks.In the banking industry has become increasingly saturated,customer resource is very limited,the new customer resource is decreasing,and the cost increase year by year,and for the development of new customers and new customers for the benefit from the bank is not high,as a result,the input and output than in gradually decline.Effective customer relationship management should be carried out both to retain old customers and to expand new customers.The dual requirement has caused many Banks to get into trouble and do not know where to start.The arrival of the big data era and the new requirements for CRM have been put forward,and all Banks are using technology to improve their ability to meet customers' demands.This article through to the bank customer relationship management(CRM)in gansu province actual situation of information collection,sorting,analysis,combining the theory of relationship marketing in the field of customer relationship management,customer value theory and customer relationship management theory,using the SWOT analysis and PEST analysis Banks face internal and external environment of gansu province was analyzed,and pointed out the current situation of gansu banking customer relationship management(CRM)and its possible existing problems,and the cause of the bank customer relationship management problems in gansu province are summarized,respectively from the relationship between the customer's choice and development,customer relationship maintenance and save the perspective of the relationship of the customers put forward the bank customer relationship management strategy in gansu province,and then by strengthening the enterprise culture of "customer first",build customer information management system,improve human resources management,improve the clients objectives and performance appraisal and the elaborating management comprehensively advancing line gansu bank guarantee of customer relationship management measures are put forward.Based on the research of the gansu bank customer relationship management strategy,on the one hand,It will help gansu bank achieve good customer relationship management,promoting the healthy of gansu banking customer relationship;On the other hand,it can provide reference for similar bank customer relationship management in gansu province,and further increase the importance of banking to customer relationship management.
