Association Rules Analysis Of Influencing Factors Of Crowdfunding Platform Credit Risk And Its Application

Crowdfunding as a new Internet financial model,breaks the traditional financing model,and mixes the Internet and the traditional finance in a perfect way.It solves the financing difficulties that small and medium-sized enterprises are facing,and promotes the development of the national economy.The future of the crowdfunding industry is broad.However,due to the lack of credit information system,the relevant legal system is not sound enough,together with the lack of platform risk management and control,the inexplicit information disclosure,investors' interests are often impaired.Therefore,it is imperative to explore the factors affecting the credit risk of the public platform and evaluate the credit risk.First of all,this article illustrates the importance of exploring the main factors influencing crowdfunding platform credit risk and assessing credit risk,and analyzes the current status of relevant research.Secondly,the related indicators are analyzed by using the gray correlation method,the results show that the details of project display,shareholder background,and operating time are the key factors affecting the credit risk of crowdfunding platforms,and the methods of fund supervision,margin ratio,media coverage and others are secondary factors.The feature of this paper is to explore the influencing factors through the analysis of grey association rules,and to use the analysis results to give weight to each impact index and make the assessment result more objective.Finally,it completed the assessment of Jingdong crowdfunding platform's credit risk and present countermeasures for credit risk.
