Study On Project Management Of SD Auto Plant Financial Budegetunder The Background Of "Internet +"

Project management is the main reform trend of enterprises in recent years to improve their management level.Applying the idea of project management to the financial budget management of automobile production companies can help to improve the management efficiency and management level of automobile plant financial management.On the other hand,it can also reduce the company's business risks through systematic management.And realize the sustainable development of the company.In the current more advanced enterprise budget management model searched in the literature collection,the research on project management and budget management has relatively mature research results,but the content of the research on project management and corporate financial budget management is studied.But few and few.Based on this,this thesis introduces the project idea in the research of the financial budget management of the SD automobile production enterprise,and puts forward the empirical research plan according to the actual development status and advanced literature in the current stage.Optimizing budget management based on project management is the focus of this paper.The more important thing is how to realize the overall financial budget management objectives of an enterprise by effectively controlling the cost of production projects.Based on the AHP,this paper systematically studies the implementation of the project budget management management for automotive companies,and compares the results after implementation with those before the implementation,and illustrates the application of project management in financial budget management.SD depot's financial budget management changes.The specific research content includes four aspects: First,on the basis of related theories and actual development status of enterprise project-based budget management,the related methods and contents of enterprise development after the introduction of project-based budgetary control management are introduced.Secondly,SD car factory is taken as an actual case to analyze its development status after the introduction of budget management projects,and to combine relevant theoretical knowledge to find out the existing deficiencies.Thirdly,it analyzes the necessary conditions,the reference process,and the scope of application of project budgeted control management introduced by SD auto plants.Based on the foregoing analysis,an empirical research project for project-based budgetary control management is provided based on the actual situation.EPR system module design with targeted project budget management.Fourthly,based on the introduction of the application background of the SD car factory,a comprehensive analysis of all the detailed accounts of the SD car factory since its establishment,including all production budgets and production expenditures,will be carried out to explain the application results and conclusions.Based on the problems,the future work outlook is provided for the subsequent development.
