The difference of human capital and salary can have a profound influence on corporate performance.How the rational allocation of human capital,in the corporate governance of recruitment,appointment and training links play the greatest potential,how to use compensation management system to adjust the human capital structure,the proportion to avoid negative impact on corporate performance.These problems gradually become the focus of social attention.At present,many scholars at home and abroad study the effect of human capital or salary difference on corporate performance alone.Most scholars believe that the high configuration of human capital can bring higher returns to the company performance,there are also many studies have found that pay differences can produce positive or negative to corporate performance of double effect.However,there are few studies on the impact of the intermediary role of comprehensive human capital and salary differences on corporate performance.Based on company property rights structure and corporate performance perspective,using 52 information listed company related data in 2011-2011,building dynamic panel model,USES the system GMM estimation methods to analyze human capital,the difference of compensation and corporate performance relationship,and each component of the comprehensive performance and company performance organization is as explained variable test respectively.Research findings: first,the breadth of human capital has a positive impact on the performance of the company,and it has a significant impact under the influence of compensation difference,but it is timely.The depth of human capital has a weak positive influence on corporate performance,and the positive influence is disappearing under the influence of compensation difference.Second,supporting the championship theory,moderately expanding the vertical pay gap can significantly improve the performance of the company,especially in non-state-owned companies.Support equity theory,parallel pay difference has negative influence on corporate performance.Thirdly,there is no significant correlation between the human capital,salary difference and corporate performance of state-owned information industry company,which needs further study.Finally,combined with research conclusion put forward information,use of human capital of listed companies,salary management and countermeasures and Suggestions to improve the performance of companies for the shortage,the paper points out the future research direction.This paper is of great significance for the sustainable development of corporate performance.
