Reserch On The Construction Of The R Company's Safety Production Management System

The 19 th National People's Congress of the communist party of China has made clear requirements for the safety of production that all regions and departments should take real measures to carry out safe production in the spirit of devotion and hard study.We should deepen the reform in the field of safety production and perfect the responsibility system of safety production so that the corporate responsibility,territorial and departmental regulatory responsibilities and leadership responsibilities at all levels can be workable.We should stick to the bottom line,highlight the emphasis,accelerate the establishment and improvement of the management system for risk prevention and the workplace hazards screening and control.With the rapid development of economy and the accelerated upgrading of the industry,it is necessary to further improve the management level of the enterprise's safety production.Also,focusing on the key industry fields,such as chemical industry,is beneficial to comprehensively investigate and control the hidden dangers of security,to prevent all kinds of safety accidents,and to promote the steady and stable improvement of the safety production situation.As a chemical enterprise producing pesticides,it is imperative to improve the management level of safety production under the requirements of technological reform and the conversion of new-old kinetic energy.This research is mainly through the introduction of the status quo and problems of safety production management of R company to evaluate the safety management level of the enterprise in the weightedaverage method and AHP.Meanwhile,on the basis of analyzing the problems of the production safety management,the company establishes the right safety production management system,including three subsystems,the responsibility and institution subsystem,the management behavior subsystem,the emergency and continuous improvement subsystem,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.Through this research,we can help R company establish safety production management system,improve safety management level and provide references for other chemical enterprises in safety production management.
