With the development of economy, with our lives closely linked to the chemical industry to flourish, in an irreplaceable position in society. First, it meets the most basic human needs of life; secondly, it is to promote the growth of social progress and the country’s GDP; finally,development and growth of enterprises and provide more jobs. However, while the high-speed development has also brought a lot of production safety accidents, the production on the importance of safety on the agenda, including safety and production management has become a top priority. Looking at the various sectors of the chemical production, endless variety of security risks, to the chemical industry employees and stakeholders around poses a serious threat.Therefore, the production safety system for systematic research to provide risk prevention and safety supervision and management, and to take targeted solutions to address measures to protect China’s chemical enterprises to the health, safety, sustainable development path, will become the second research core.In this paper, pesticide and chemical industry in the benchmark companies ---- Situation GXTY company safety and production management, total quality management (TQM) applied to the production, the production of the enterprise security management system for research and analysis; In addition, hazard is the heart of the security, hazard identification security system is an important part of the project is to carry out safety management system evaluation and control of the base lies. Therefore, the paper business from current production GXTY company security status, analyzes the production status of the hazard types, from enterprise managers and staff quality (human factors), equipment and raw materials (material factors), production environment and plant health (environmental factors), managed to build four factors of production safety evaluation system, the establishment of production safety management system assessment model of the enterprise; using AHP method (Analytic hierarchy Process, abbreviated as AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for GXTY company production safety management system conducted studies to determine the right target layer and the rule layer re-evaluation; and finally, according to the production safety evaluation results, the feasibility and effectiveness of the model, and presents its analysis and safety assessment recommended measures.
