ABSTRACT:April18,2007, China successfully implemented the sixth times plan of large area air carries railroad fast. China Railway High-speed train-set first appeared on Chinese railways. This marked that China’s railway technology and equipment had reached the world’s level. The start of EMU has exerted profound and far-reaching influences upon the release of rail transport capacity, temporal and spatial distance closer, the convenience of passenger travel and society economic development. Meanwhile, it is also produced a significant change on people’s work circle, living circle and economic circle. However, how to ensure the safe operation of EMU become an important issue, as well as its excellent social and economic effectiveness.EMU depot is a new apartment which works for Chinese EMU construction. This paper focuses on deeply analyzing safety production management mode of domestic and overseas EMU, and chooses Fuzhou EMU depot which is one of the seven EMU depots established at the end of2011as example. This paper analyzes and explores from10aspects-system construction, quality control, process management, monitoring security, risk management and control, materials management, emergency management, team building, incentive system and corporate culture.; researches on how to optimize the CRH production safety management system and template of forming CRH management system; and gives an effective guidance on ensuring the safe operation of CRH and future construction of EMU segment. Finally, this paper discusses the main conclusions, innovation and research prospects of Fuzhou EMU safety management system optimized design.
