Situation And Countermeasures Of Grass Industry Development In Oasis Area Of Hexi Corridor Area

Jinchuan District has taken industry as the main economic development momentum for many years.The development of agriculture is relatively weak,Agricultural production is limited to a single grain and cash crop cultivation.Animal husbandry and aquaculture industry is still in the development and promotion stage.This makes it imperative to develop high quality forage in Jinchuan District area,to promote the development of grass industry in the area,to improve the quality and supply of grass products and to make rapid development of Jinchuan District livestock husbandry.However,the development of Jinchuan grass industry started late,although some fruits have been achieved,there are still some problems.Based on this,it is necessary to analysis the current situation of Jinchuan District grassland resources,identify the main constraints and problems and put forward corresponding countermeasures or suggestions.So,This study mainly studied the present situation and problems of grassland development in Jinchuan area and analyzed these problems by reviewing the literature,visiting the government,enterprises,farmers and other research methods.Then the corresponding countermeasures were put forward.The main results are as follows:1 Analyzed the present utilization situation of natural grassland resources and cultivated grassland resources in Jinchuan District.That is,the natural grassland resources cannot meet the needs of animal husbandry production,and it needs to develop the cultivated grassland vigorously.Natural grassland area in Jinchuan district was about 213.3 million mu,81.2% of it were temperate desert steppe with the lowest grass yield,17.3% were temperate steppe,the remaining are temperate steppe desert steppe with the highest amount of grassland.The grass yield of these three types of grassland could not meet the needs of local livestock production.Therefore,it is an effective way to increase the grass yield of the area by vigorously promoting the construction of the grassland and enlarging the area of the artificial grassland.In addition,increasing the utilization of straw silage and extending the ammoniation technology measures of forage and straw can effectively alleviate the shortage of forage in Jinchuan District,It also relieves the pressure ofnatural grassland and promotes the rapid development of grassland animal husbandry in this area.2 Analyzed the main problems in sustainable development of grass industry in Jinchuan District.The development of grass industry in Jinchuan district is still in the primary stage,the sustainable development of grass industry in the future will be restricted by various factors and problems.The mainly factors which restrict the sustainable development of grass industry in Jinchuan District are: 1)The local government,enterprises and farmers lacked scientific understanding of grass industry development.2)Limitations of local natural resources.3)The technical level and management ability of the employees were insufficient.3 Put forward the suggestions and countermeasures of sustainable development of grass industry in Jinchuan District.The primary problem of grass industry development in Jinchuan district is to solve the restricting factors and the problems of grass industry development in this region.The relevant suggestions and countermeasures were put forward in view of these factors and problems.1)Government departments and companies actively build information interconnection mechanism.The long-term local policies and guidance on the construction of artificial grassland and grass products processing and sales were formulated,and constantly promote publicity,the scientific cognition ability of grass industry development were improve by constantly promoting publicity.2)Making full use of the existing farmland for rotation and intercropping of grass land,and actively promoting the construction of artificial grassland and the processing of grass products to improve grass product productivity.The advanced water-saving agricultural techniques were actively introduced and investment in water saving agricultural facilities was also increased,scientific and rational production planning was also necessary.3)The professional ability and quality of the existing practitioners were actively enhanced,then the high level professionals were introduced by dint of regional advantages.
