Research On CSR Evaluation And Influencing Factors Of Listed Forestry Companies

Recently,with the rapid development of economic,the aim of CSR(Corporate Social Responsibility)keeps shifting,from the pure pursuit of maximizing the shareholder’s interests,to shoulder more social responsibilities to stakeholders.The object of listed forestry companies operation is forest resources and products.Different from the broad sense of enterprise social responsibility,the CSR of the listed forestry companies have a unique responsibility.So the research on listed forestry companies’ evaluation and influence factors has a vital theoretical and practical significance.Research situation at home and abroad of listed forestry companies’ CSR have been presented in this dissertation.The theoretical base for stakeholder theory,corporate social responsibility theory,contract theory.Combined with listed forestry companies’ characteristics,the objective is to benefit all of listed forestry companies’ stakeholders including shareholders,creditors,staff,administration,customers,suppliers and the communities in which operate.It should consider the specific of listed forestry companies’ social responsibility.Some problems,including forest sustainable management,forest certification,guarantee of biological multiformity and service function of the forest ecosystem.A appraisal model of listed forestry companies’ CSR is established,and the counterpart appraisal indicators are designed.Entropy method of weighting the indices and quantitative analysis,160 sample enterprises of32 listed forestry companies from the year 2011 to 2015.The study found that hospital cross infection trend in our hospital was decreased year by year,but a relatively little influence on other industry.This dissertation explores the effect of listed forestry companies’ CSR by panel data model and SAS 9.4 software.It concluded that firm size,profitability,nature of equity and management incentive there are effects.This dissertation propose so me improved strategy in order to promote listed forestry companies’ CSR development healthy.Such as,stakeholder initiative into full play,continue to enhance core competitiveness and audit of the annual CSR reports of listed forestry companies.
